Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 4-6 business days to receive your order, however sometimes depending on your location it is delivered sooner. All orders received on business days; Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours after order is received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Rhode Island residents are subject to pay 7% sales tax on all orders. If you have any other questions regarding your online order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Return / Exchange Policy
We are a small business who imports handmade / handcrafted products from Guatemala therefore many of our products may vary from their descriptions, their dimensions are approximate since they are handmade, products may also vary from how they appear in their pictures such as colors, size, etc, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, we try our very best to describe our products in their descriptions as well as to take pictures so that our customers have an idea of what to expect from our products, if you're not 100% sure about an item you wish to purchase please contact us with any questions regarding size, color or any other detail that may not be in the product's description or their pictures.
Due to the nature that our products are handmade / handcrafted sales are final to all customers, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item you bought, we can offer an exchange of the product or store credit.  All returned items will receive a Store Credit Coupon that can be used for a future purchase.  You can use your Store Credit Code at checkout when placing your next order.
After you place an order you will receive an email confirmation (check your spam folder if you don't see on your inbox), you will receive another email once the item ships, you can also open an account with us for faster checkouts, order tracking, order history or you can simply checkout as guest.

Product Availability
Due to the fact that our products are handmade, unique and one of a kind we may only carry a specific product only once, our inventory is manually checked and sometimes products may appear in stock even though we may not have it anymore, if you place an order on a out stock product you may choose a store credit or a full refund.
